Dr. Caesar Kellum is the founder and CEO of Kinetic Leadership Consulting and the creator of Leadspace Leadership®, a practical leadership development framework designed to help individuals and organizations discover how to put their energy in motion to lead with clarity.

 

Dr. Kellum’s leadership journey began in the United States Air Force as an E-1, eventually earning recognition as one of the Twelve Outstanding Airmen of the Year before transitioning from the enlisted ranks to become an officer. He later served as an Intelligence Weapons Officer, where he helped leaders operate and make decisions in complex, high-stakes environments.

 

Drawing on 27 years of military service, operational leadership experience, and doctoral research in executive leadership, Dr. Kellum developed the concept of Leadspace Leadership® that answers

a simple but powerful question:

Dr. Kellum holds a Doctorate of Executive Leadership from the University of Charleston as a Walker Fellow and is the author of the book Leadspace Leadership®: Your Energy in Motion to Lead with Clarity.
