Dr. Caesar Kellum, United States Air Force (USAF), retired {B.A. in Management, American Military University; M.M.S. in Operational Art & Science, USAF Air Command and Staff College (ACSC)}, received his Doctorate of Executive Leadership at the University of Charleston’s School of Business and Leadership, as a Walker Fellow. In the USAF, as a Senior Noncommissioned Officer, he served the North American Aerospace Defense enterprise as an Enlisted Weapons Director. As an Intelligence Weapons Officer, he shaped predictive battlespace awareness for “America’s AOC” directly contributing to Homeland Defense, Theater Security Cooperation, and Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission sets. As CEO of Kinetic Leadership Consulting and Services, Caesar delivers his perspective of leadership development concepts derived from his research study that has an immediate, lasting impact on those seeking to become better leaders, in all aspects of life.
